tree seeds?

i dont get it. cant plant them independently and theres no option in the field. what am i missing?

You need a forester I think. It's a T2 building. But I don't know how to get it because apparently you need an "Apprentice Farmer"... my farmer is level 7, that seems like more than an apprentice to me considering the max is 10, and yet nobody will research it. Beats me...

Forestry building. You use a seed and fertilizer, they make saplings to plant tree's. Basically just make sure the exact same tree's (log tree's and hardwood) you cut down grow back up again.

It's not tied to their actual level in a particular attribute, you need to find a specific villager from one of the other villages to join you that is marked as an Apprentice Farmer.

Their is an Apprentice Farmer in the very first Village, though you need the trust level of "Bellwright" in order to recruit them. Hope that Helps
