Followers Woke Up Dead...

One morning two of my citizens "fell in battle" instead of waking up. They're just lying dead outside of their dwellings. They were completely fine the night before... are there like, sicknesses in the game or something that can randomly kill your followers overnight? This is so weird.

Your followers can die, But afaik, it might happen if they fall in battle while already being injured. I never bring injured villagers with me to a fight, so never had one die for real yet.

Idk if they're technically "dead," ig unconscious? I still see them lying on the ground, and I can't tell them to do anything. I don't get how this happened though, they just woke up this way, no combat involved.

When you open your village management and browse your population. Do they show up there? Click on them if they do, it might say something like "fallen in battle", they will respawn in your villager after 12 hours or so.

Ask devs on discord, post a bug report there as well. Maybe you find out.

Attack during night. Closest went out of houses, fight and died. Happened to me one time

That is so stupid. How does that not wake your player and other followers up?
