Farnworth trader won't talk to me - spoiler?

I did the quest that required me to go to a herbalist for some spices, and it came up that it may be used for poisoning someone. I snitched to the village elder, and concluded the quest this way.

Now the trader Anna Gilpin won't talk to me. Is this permanent, or will I be eventually able to trade with her? So far she was the best trader for making money I met, it'd be a bummer if she is unavailable for good.

Several days passed, still won't talk to me. Guess it's permanent.

At least the merchant in Bradford also buys the same things, weirdly I don't recall seeing a merchant there before, not sure whether he only spawned after I made the Farnworth merchant mad with me.

At this point I'm considering killing her. Do these NPC's respawn or will another random NPC take over the trader role if I kill her?

You betray her within the quest, she want talk to you anymore. But there is no real need to talk to her, she has no spacial Items in here shop.

I only glimpsed her inventory once, but she bought various animal skins, boar/wolf teeth. Best way to make money. The only other trader that I've seen to do this is the one in Bradford
