How long are villagers injured??

I understand if a villiger is injured and gets knocked out again it is Permadeath for them...Mine have a -30 injury but they dont seam to be healing overnight at all??/ please help

as far as i can tell the return as common worker the next day cycle. you will need to reset their duties via their attributes etc though. I have 36 NPC'c in my town and lost 11 to death when defending against a large brigand attack that happened at the same time as a simple raid. I suppose just bad luck the brigands were walking the roadway close to my town when i used the call to arms to defend against the raiders and they then took it upon themselves to take down the brigands at the same time. Anyways following day I used the N to select my population and checked which ones needed to have the attributes reset.

there is a red figure by the name until that's gone I think they can die if injured again. time seems to be an entire day after injury

Hey? My guys get injured all the time, they've never died? I'm in a position where I'm attacked by 2 groups almost every day
