I think you need an expert carpenter to build the village hall. Building the T3 Village Hall unlocks T3 tech.

And how do I get that expert? I got bellwright with Haerdean already. They still don't let me hire experts.

you need to liebrate another village for other experts. I think carpenters where in Bradford and Padstow. YOu have to look which village has the apprentices you need. However there is nor eason to rush T3 just for the coalburner. You need all the other major Tech first.

Thing is I developed already the blacksmith, bakery, windmill and warehouse, all tier3 buildings as far as I can see.

You need to provide far mroe informations. We cant tell you what wrong only guess with no informations at all.

I got all kinds of building that I can research on tier3 now, I guess I did build the Town Hall tier3 already, but there is no coal burner in my research. On the map my townhall shows only #1, but it was the second big one I did build, not sure if you get tier3 buildings in the research at the Town Hall number2 also? Mine got a Fast Travel on a chart, that was new when I did build it.

I can research a lot of tier3 buildings in my town Hall but no Town Hall number3.
