QUEST: A hearty request,

bring special spices (Quest Item). To one of the villagers, along with meat stew. Am I supposed to make these special spices? The quest doesn't tell me anything, or where to find them, just shows up how to give them to her. I feel like I am missing something. I am no where near tier 3 yet.

Yup. You can make them in the caulderon. Takes sage and garlic i think. Might have to be made at the tavern or Inn i dont recall.

pretty sure it directed you to talk to someone to get the special spices (I forget who). the meat stew is something you can make at a cauldron (have to research the tech to build that; the cauldron used water and various ingredients to produce some longer lasting foods, and some with bonuses other than simple health and stamina)

Be careful with this quest though. If you question the Herbalist about why it is "unorthodox", then you can tattle on Anna to the Elder and then she will hate you. You won't be able to trade with her anymore after that.
