Villager Jobs..
Is it best to have each villager only focus on one job, or to leave everyone at 5 priority and that way everyting is always being worked on?

Not really. I only have the GOOD ones focus on one. Like my apprentice blacksmith focuses on crafting my innkeeper cooking. farmer is one exemption he is the only one allowed to farm. Every ones I don't care if someone wtih 4 crafting wants to help out, same deal if they got 3 cooking and want to make cords for me. I just don't want to find the smith with 8 cap on crafting doing cooking ever, or farming. And well yeild is based on skill so no one but farmer is allowed to farm for me lol.

But if they want make cord or put a hide on drying rack or make a house go for it I say. I just want to see that smith working all the crafting job slots available before she thinks about other jobs, as she isn't maxed at 8 she just has a cap of 8 she is at 6, so I want her always crafting getting that exp on lol

OKay that makes sense. I only have a couple that are decently high, but nothing crazy yet. Thanks!

In my case they are all at 5 except the bowmen, I put their priority at 4 for hunting because I want the game to get them first for hunting, This way there is less chance to have the other villagers dropping their shield for a bow.
