Quest to find a scroll

Innkeeper says he has info for me if I find a scroll in Andare Library dungeon and it has a bunch of the blue teleporters and i found a switch but i have found zero scroll yet.
Anyone have an idea?

UESP doesn't mention a quest like this. Is it possible that you play Daggerfall Unity and the quest comes from a mod?

It sounds like Background Information[en.uesp.net]? That quest doesn't have a set dungeon, so no one is likely able to help you with simple directions. You'll just have to keep exploring and testing the teleporters.
