Actually that particular dungeon is *not* auto generated - none of the main quest dungeons are. That particular coffin is a trap. It is intentional that you should be able to levitate or teleport by some means by that point in the game. (You will later anyhow.) If you have no way out, use console command tele2exit if you are playing Daggerfall Unity. Otherwise... reload previous save.
The middle coffin in the row on the left side of the first room is the entrance to Scourge Barrow. In the tunnel at the bottom you can cast levitate by clicking on the green wall hanging on the right hand side of the tunnel. That will cast levitate on you and you can then go back up the hole and exit the dungeon.
