Sound fix, screen resolution to 1024x764(vanilla)
I believe I found out how to fix the sound lag on video for vanilla. Go to the dosbox folder in steamapps/common/daggerfall...open cd.cfg: (I think that's the name). Change: "fixed 50000" to "limit 50000".

For resolution: change "full screen resolution" from resolution=desktop to resolution=1024x764.

The file name is df.conf.
