HELP ME IM STUCK

It's friday at dawn, I have no food left and only 2 bars of fullness. I am absolutely broke and can't sell anything to get food. I can't go back because I only saved on 1 file, always overwriting it (i feel so regretful now) Does someone have advice or something because I love this game and I don't want to start it over for some stupid food problem :'(

You can find some food hidden in the environment (e.g. somewhere around the grape vine, on stairs of the bakery).
