Kiss a rat is trash

Other mini games give you at least minimal room for error so you can get S rank with 1 mistake and rosmarine. But Kiss a Rat is unforgiving, even with rosmarine 1 wrong timing and you screwed. I'm trying it for 2 hours straight and still can't get S rank, it needs rebalancing

The reason why Kiss the Rat is as such, is because the score system is based on a multiplier... well it's more an addition.
The first swing is worth 1 point, second is worth 2 points, then 3, then 4, and it keeps going until... well I don't know entirely.

What I am essentially saying, is that to get an S rank, you need to pull a streak until you get about 160 points, or you could go ham and HATE rats and get a full 211 points, best of luck, and have fun!

But that's why it feels so unfair, I guess. Because with all the other games, you could potentially miss one or two hits/items in the middle of the game and could still get an S. But for this one, you really need to hit every single one or at least not mess up somewhere in the middle.

For example: I just did a perfect run but then screwed up once at the end of Round 2 and got an A.
Also, got 160 points another time and still A.

I didn't, it's now been four times I get 225 without Rozenmarine

I was in your shoes(no pun intended btw) a few days ago myself. For me, Rat has to be the easiest of the four Mini Games. It's all about timing & paying attention to the color cues from Blue to Yellow. I played with a controller vs. using a keyboard/mouse too.

I was raging at that minigame, but I enjoy that it's a difficult one; it's a lot more fun!

Honestly for me I think every game (except the CHICKEN one!) are easy.
I can't hit S in the chicken game, I hate this one

Maybe you have a problem with the FPS. I did had it and changed all settings to the lowest and FPS to 75. Before, even if I did it perfectly a couldn't past the 157 points but after I changed it I finally reached 169 and got the S
