[SPOILERS] A certain Rozenmarine date in lategame

On Friday afternoon, the game informed me that I had a romantic date with Rozenmarine at the Creek, but when I reached the Creek I could not find Rozenmarine at all, nor could I find her in the nearby areas (windmill/Elise's house/crossroads). I went on every date with her I could find, though I do remember one date not giving me a heart piece (I have 3 at the moment).
Is this intended and Rozenmarine won't appear if you didn't get all other heart pieces with her?

So I managed to solve my own question - I had to attend the church event first before I could go on a date or even work. Sorry folks!
