Bait for the cage

I built a cage and have a pipe connected to it. But it keeps saying it cant get the resource from the pipe, what do you use to bait it?

Well you see, I don't know if this sentence is in the game "But it keeps saying it cant get the resource from the CAKE"... So if it is can you give us a screenshot so we can see it, otherwise I would say you need a good knife and some plates for this delicious cake so we can all eat it right now! 😄
And let me help you with cages a bit, how they work is you need uninterrupted pipeline to get to the cage so it can supply it with resources needed to function, mainly electricity for tuna cages. So it could be that your pipeline is not connected somewhere between your town and tuna cage or you are not producing enough electricity overall for your cage to function. 🙂
