How do I get sound to work?

Running Linux OpenSUSE Tumbleweed KDE Plasma. No sound when I run it, and I've no idea how to force it to use Soundblaster emulation. I haven't found any help on here that works.
What do I do?

Had the same problem on Steam Deck, which is Linux-based, and this guide fixed it. The main issue in your case though is the launch options line, which looks Steam Deck-specific, but that’s just to run the MIDI program automatically so you don’t have to do it yourself each time you run the game. Idk how to tailor this command for a non-deck setup.
