Biji's ability not enhanced by Lumin Ring

The initial amount of Bom goes up, but I was expecting it to "Increase by 2 when hit"

I've seen this as well on several on hit characters, but it's probably to prevent double dipping. Numbers in white can't be modified, numbers in yellow can. Since the amount being applied is being doubled as the last step, on hit it will still go up by 2, since the on hit bonus is applied to the base. I think this is probably intentional, because for cases where the on hit effect isn't boosting another effect it's done differently. Shen and Fungun are in the same boat as Biji, and they have their status application as yellow but the on hit increase as white. Other characters like tiny tyko or kernel have the on hit as yellow, because the boost they provide isn't going to a stat that can be doubled a second time. If Biji and others had both as yellow, it'd effectively be quadrupling it instead.

Yeah I discovered that too... a rule of thumb with the Lumin is that it seems to only buff effects with an icon next to them
