Snoffel with a countdown decreasing charm and Snoof with a barrage charm, coupled with the clunker that lets your crowned companions go twice, will beat any boss comp; as they just don't get to play (you'd have snoof barraging the non-boss row to avoid the teeth).
Add Shelly into the mix and let your leader get finishing blows on the mooks. Then with all the shell they picked up they can then just bang their face off of the boss and absorb it's teeth.
Once the boss is the only one left you just rotate companions forever so they don't die to the teeth.
Extra benefit: the clunker isn't added to the bosses companion list (it gets replaced with a frenzy hog) so you can beat the team created by this comp with basically any other comp.
Remember, there's nothing that prevents you from just sitting there and redrawing all day against a Smackback Guardian to get the exact draw you need to actually attack. The only wrinkle you have is that you have Teeth on your Guardian, so you will probably need to also add some sustain somewhere in your deck as well. So depending on your exact team composition, 2 repeatable snow sources + 1 sustain source will be sufficient to just run over your Guardian without considering your other minions.
An example is spamming the 5 Shell Barrage card, for example.
