First one is to find a barrage charm and put it on a multi-attack unit that is capable of getting very high attack values. Spiced up Foxee, or maybe a stuffed Muncher if you're able to give him frenzy. Today's daily is actually perfect for that, so you might have a chance of doing it there.
Edit: this would work the other way around, stacking a lot of attack on a barrage unit and ideally giving it frenzy in some way.
The other way is finding a Sunglass Chime clunker and using it to trigger all of your damage-dealing allies at once. I was able to find it alongside I.C.G.M, a clunker that normally deals 10x4 damage after 12 turns. Activating it immediately took care of 4/6 enemies, with the rest dying to my other units.
Other options would probably involve using overburn to trigger a chain reaction, or using AOE spells on small enemies and finishing the larger ones with your units.
Truffle, in general, might just be the ticket to getting the x6 combo. Mini Myka, with the right charms, can probably wipe the floor with it as well. Especially the Loomin ring can make Myka go completely overboard.
the last wave so all the Pengoons combo themselves into Spike and then your leader can finish off the boss, you really have to play around with the timings and make sure your leader has the damage to kill at the end.
I found it worked best with Snowdwellers, as you can get to +6 damage with Flamewater which will let you finish off the boss as you have 2 turns to do 4 damage with swords.
Good Luck
Good practice for getting 4-5x combo's though ha. Ruining my k/d ratio
Reroll the hero until you get a hero that summons Beepop and the first battle against the penguins.
Summon two Beepops and protect them until the last wave. The last wave only has 5 enemies so you need to spare one enemy with 4 hp or less. Use Tar Blade to get the boss to <4 hp as well. When the penguins are ready to attack put the Beepops in front.
Bebops die, apply 4 overburn to the two penguins, they explode and you get a x6 combo.
I almost did it with that "Grape Boss", reduced my team atack but I only was able to get a x5 combo, because he died with -1 hp.
I was fighting the Truffle boss (the one that splits when 10hp is lost), had a ton of attack on Kobonker, and all it took was to split the boss into 6 tiny low HP pieces, and have the Snoffel freeze them all, allowing Kobonker to 1-shot each one of them.
Second time it happened was when I had a smackback leader and was facing the frenzied boars. I first tanked boars and dealt damaged to the 18hp one, to drop it into leader's killing range, and then when their attacks were synchronized, I recalled the units so that the leader can tank all the hits, and smack each one of them back for a x6 kill.
I bet there are other and easier methods to achieve it though.
