His main gimmick is to pair with he summons you can constantly use so you can keep beefing him.
What Martok said about aimless is my best bet on what happened.
That is...That sounds either like a wonky interaction (Fog? Aimless?) or a bug. XD
I was dying of laughter when it happened.
I killed everything in it's lane thinking 'aha that will counter it's mechanic', then it just ate the thing above it and I lost as it had now had aimless and tonnes of extra health.
I think it's a bug, because my own ally Monch never did this. It ate what was in lane and chilled.
No, the enemy version works as its meant to, it just eats a random ally, meanwhile Monch specifies that it eats all allies on its own row. One thing I dislike about the Wooly Drezz though is that it can't actually eat the boss monster, yet our Monch can eat the leader.
I was trying to slowly wear it down on one run since eat gained the "get 2 teeth when damaged" so it became impossible to kill since I couldn't kill it in just a couple hits. So I thought I'd try and let it eat everything else and use clonkers to tank its attacks. Yet when it was just it and the boss it didn't actually eat the boss, even though it was its last ally.
I think that's one of the enemies I hate the most so far, just with its insane starting health means it can be hard to kill it before it becomes really strong. It wouldn't be so bad, but with the 15 health, 7 damage aimless enemies I have to take out asap it's a nightmare of a fight for me.
Ah my bad! Deff missed that on my first few reads, boy do I love having dyslexia XD
Yeah, aimless certainly sounds like it could have caused that if there were no other allys in the lane.
Ah okay. As I'd had ally Monch in a run before I encountered Wooly Drezz that's on me for not reading the enemy text properly .
But I agree with you that that just makes it one of the worst designed enemies in a game full of weirdly designed enemies. 50% of the enemies in this game are run ending threats if they get so much as one turn and aren't inked when they take it.
To think that for a second I thought that they'd made an enemy that had an outside the box way to stop it besides 'ink it' or 'stop it's counter hitting zero (and evidently so did you with your even cleverer 'let it eat the boss' tactic).
I don't know, it's not that hard unless he had "aimless" .
Aimless or Haze causing Monch to eat off of its lane would be an interesting bug, though one that should've been caught decently quick with proper testing. The target location has nothing to do with where his passive applies.
