to "do 7 damage a turn forever and eat 5 enemy hits"
with just one charm is stupid good.
The rest of it(Infinite charms, +money, +damage-when-you-have-money, smackback, blingbank) was just icing on the cake hoping to find a duplicator. The game was won with the durian.
The daily today starts with a Plinker. Mine had a spark charm, which ended up being meaningless; looking at the screen for it now, it's showing me a Plinker with a block charm, which is mildly better.
The way to be good at this game is fairly simple: unlock the first new map structure; take your time on turns, thinking of all the possibilities a few turns ahead; maximize money returns for every battle; use that money to make a broken build, either with a lot of crowns and synergistic companions, or charms and some selective card purchases.
You can get a broken build *almost* every game - at least 50% of the time, I'd say.
