And going by the history of the last release, which was Hajimari, there won't be English language support further down the line, not even when the actual English localization rolls around because that is done (and licensed) by a completely different company.
You will have to wait for a fan patch.
that is stupid, how are they not going to do english subtitles,
Yeah, definitely what @Marrle said.. They have done a pretty good job of getting English ports of the The Legend of Heroes games, and they generally seem to sell well enough for them to actually do it; it's just never their priority, sadly!
2022 is trails of zero. 2023.... big year
Tales of azure, the game before this and the one other game NISa released last year.
Not a tales game more like the action. Platformer where SEASONS change.
It's cool they know we get them slow
To be fair. On top of Zero thos year way to many rpgs. Mostly SE and a few random ones. This wouldn't sell well with a flooded 2022 now.
I dont think so. I had to wait years for ff12. 4 years to play spiderman on pc.
The Japanese pub serves its market. The west could hire more staff. But they don't.
You and gamers are angry at the laziness of west in localization. To be fair west has many projects besides this one ip.
Nor can they over saturate their games.
Even trails zero pc waired years. One trails game a year us good
They are 80 to 120 hours. While hard core gamers can knock it out fast. Most only buy or play and beat a few games a year.
And trails are very text heavy.
Because English "localization" needs to rewrite the whole story, remove Japanese cultures from the dialogues, censor the lines that are offensive to the feminists' feelings. And also need to be dubbed in full English by the talentless dubbers.
