Me too bro, after new update, feels so laggy. I never have this problem before. Anyone have solution?

It's not FPS drop its slow motion. It's their attempt to slow down game. But its absolutely horrible. Watching animations for 2-3 seconds before it actually happens. Like sliding tackle , take a popcorn while it executes, either that or i suddenly developed Flash Speed ability.

This patch was 2 weeks old , but only now they put it on PC, because of it for 2 weeks people couldnt cross play , version missmatch. If they didnt fix it in 2 weeks , you can count that they wont fix it for another 2 weeks. Good promotion for fifa 24 , no?
Now they can make new promotion video of how f23 was slow and new f24 is fast :)

Main problem is that this slowdown also affects offline mods. Good luck trying to have fun in careers
