FIFA 23 Error Code 0x4c7

Tried opening the game after the update on Friday and it hasnt since. I tried clearing download cache in Steam and it didnt work. Says I dont have an app associated with the file and my PC told me to go to my Default Apps settings page. I went there but didnt find the game to put an app to it. After I closed that window then the code shown in the title said "Operation canceled by user." Need help please. Figured Id ask in here before going to EA.
