Accidently Overwrote my Old Local save File with the Cloud Data

For the last month I was away from my PC, shared my steam ID with one of my family member to play Fifa 23, Unfortunately she overwrote my old save game file with her new one and all my career progress is gone.. (My Local save data was overwritten with the cloud data which contains her progress), Is there a way to restore my old save data?

not if action hasn't been done instantly after the overwriting took place. if that was the case, you could have used Recuva or similar tools to restore the local deleted file.

Why such things need attention instantly is, once a place a file had been stored in has been marked as "overwriteable" it is overwritten with new data by the Operating System in the future.
