Launching error

Its has already 3 days i cant open the game. everytime i click play the game, but it wont appear on my pc. anyone have solution for this? i already tried many things but none of it works for me.

You will have to run the game from the folder. Run ea repair launcher and then u can run the game. Do it everytime u want to play the game.
