fifa 23 does not open

I bought fifa23 on friday and it has this problem "there is a problem installing your game, reinstall it"
I've tried everything but I can't solve it, can someone help me?

I tried everything I found on Internet about this problem and nothing helped or worked for me. I tried all about starting as administrator, reinstalled the game, started the pc as uefi in bios, reinstalled the ea anticheat, I tried everything. The game will not start, everytime the black splash screen and then I have to end the task. Someone who found a solution? I dont know what to do else..

Same happened to me the worst steam does not want to refund, under the excuse of a-two-hour use. Two hours trying to make this damaged game work that at the end did not run at all. Shame on steam.

I have the same problem, y purchased the game yesterday, if i even imagine this caos i didnt bought nothing.

i did all ths stuff about Certificates, anti virus, firewall. Execute as aministrator... ALL

Damn, so frustrating !!!

I also put the game as an exception for the anti virus... i dont know what can i do... the extrange thing is that people coment below the video that the procidure was good for him or her...

I found a solution to my problem. It might also be a solution to your problem. Go to the game "Fifa 23" on Steam. Then right-click on "Fifa 23". Then go to "Properties". Then go to "Local Files". Then click on "Check game files for errors" and then let the process run and wait. When the process is over then go to Fifa 23 or first close Steam & EA app and then open Fifa 23. I hope my solution helped you.
