Carrer mode help

I got sacked in manager mode because despite my gk(87 ovr)having no release clause the board stated that his release clause was a fraction of his value so they gotta sack me.
I couldn't even renew his contract.
What can i do to save my file?

Its a custom club.
Im just looking for a way to go back to the team

Oh manager mode, sry, my fault. Never played it because the contract clauses are pretty much non-existant in this game. When you want to play a good football manager, play Sega`s Football Manager. However, cant tell you what to do in your situation. When you are sure that the goali had no release clause it sounds like a bug. This is pretty much why i wouldnt play manager mode in fifa, its half-hearted, many features are missing that you need for a real manager mode. In Sega`s Football Manager you have tons of options for player contracts or how to negotiate with a player. I can only recommend to play Sega`s game if you want to play as a manager ;)

I like the FIFA manager more.
I would play segas game if i could .
I will just make a new career mode snd that's it.

You could ask this guy "Katzenkrimis". He´s online pretty often and he should read your message when you quote him. He plays manager career since years in fifa, maybe he can give you an advice or hint.

Just like you quoted my answer. Go to the thread or any other thread where Katzenkrimis made a comment (you can search the discussion forum for his name for example), quote him with whatever he said and when he is online in steam he gets a message that someone answered to a post that he made.
