When I'm start game all is well until then game will open in full screen then the screen changes

I have same problem what graphics card do you have?
I think that's with the graphics cards. I have GTX 1060

yeah me too, after update with EA, i cant play this game, black screen or stuck within fifa 23 logo.

I do not know how to do this. I have Bitdefender endpoint security tools (I didn't install it myself)

Same issue of getting stuck here. Only since yesterday. None of the usual fixes work (and anticheat loads fine anyway). It gets to the white FIFA23 screen but it won't give the option to enter the game.
