EA ANTICHEAT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!

New steps: Navigate to the FIFA23 game installation path, for me using Steam, it is like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FIFA 23.

Under FIFA23 folder, locate the 2 AntiCheat components, one is EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe, the other one is EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll.

Right click it, Properties - Digital Signature - Select the EA signature - Detailed information - View the certificate - Install Certificate - Use the default options and click next,next to complete it.

Do the same process for the both components.

Go to the Origin or Steam to launch the game, it should work. Cheers!

anti cheat is not even opening

What i did:
remove anticheat.
disabled EA overlay
Disabled Nvidia and MSI afterburner overlay
and launched in windowed mode:
Open the Steam client and go to Library.
Right-click on FIFA 23 > Select Properties.
In the General section, click on Set Launch Options.
Next, copy & paste the following command-line argument:
-windowed -noborder

finally working i did ewerything like you guys did and still didnt work so i try to disable my security (Norton) and now is working

It worked:
1) Delete EA anti-cheat as usual and install it with administrator properties enabled
2) Do what the topic starter wrote
3) Enable administrator properties for Origin/ea app and Steam manually
4) Reboot PC
5) Run steam and origin/ea app
6) Run game from origin/ea app

That's insane what I NEED TO DO to run a game

Bro just uninstall the whole game from steam and delete everything from disk that is related to EA. (from steam folder and from document). Install it again. Uninstall EA app and reinstall it again along with fifa. After downloading fifa, close steam and EA app from the background.
Now run steam as administrator and launch the game. It'll work like a charm.

Also update the Direct X, maybe that could also be the problem for not launching..
