GAME FREEZES WHEN OPENING A PACK

Hey guys. So I'm having a problem where my game freezes whenever I open a pack. What is curious is that it only crashes when the flag of the player is annouunced, because if I quickly skip it, the game doesn't freeze. I've already repaired the file, uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem continues. Do you know any fix?

Hey bro, same here. Do you have an AMD graphics card by any chance? I think some of the drivers are making this happen but I'm not sure, they might fix it soon enough though

Sadly, I haven't found a solution, but I uninstalled origin + the game and installed the EA Desktop version and it made my game a bit smoother. But still got the same problem.

Open your packs on the fut app until its fixed I guess.

It's the same as skipping packs. There's no point in doing that. It's a bugged feature for some people and it needs a fix, not a temporary solution. But thanks for your comment.

Having the same issue. Seemed to happen when i updated my drivers. AMD card too

28/04/2022 was the driver date I went back to to correct the pack opening issue.

Anyone find a fix this problem? I got a rx 6600, mb who’s have the same problem on nvidia graphics card??
