Settings file failed to load

Hi,  But I am trying to launch fifa 23 from steam and then it opens origin which then I load fifa 23 and this is what happens. And it wont load. I have made some good progress in ultimate team but I am not sure if I delete that file if I loose ultimate team, and I dont want to lose my team there. So help quick
