Go to documents folder -> FIFA 23 -> fifasetup.ini -> CONFIG_APP_LOCALE, change to your language ex CONFIG_APP_LOCALE = pt-BR or es-ES or de-DE...

This worked for me. I changed it to nl-NL to get the dutch commentators. Thanks a lot!
