FIFA 23 optimization issues

I have a slight hunch you're either running the game on a slow CPU or budget gpu. Or on a slow notebook.
If You want to run to game smoothly, you need to at least have an equivalent of a Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel Core i7-9700K cpu and Radeon RX 6800 or Nvidia RTX 3070 gpu. These are the equivalents for XsX and ps5. Both of these consoles run the game at 4K 60 fps.

I should note that Iam running the game on origin, didn't get a steam key from a mortar store I bought the game from and my specs are
i9 9900 KS
rtx 3080Ti
64 gb DDR4 ram
and Iam playing the game on an UW 3440*1440 res, rendering on ultra with strands enabled and with unlocked framerate. During gameplay I get around 80-120 fps, but in cutscenes it can drop down to 40 fps at times, which is pretty ridiculous if you think about the hardware Iam running. Also The gpu utilization is at 99% all the time while my PC sits at 55-60 %

i have a Intel Core i7-4700K and a GTX 1080 GPU. Game runs with 60 fps and more if you uncapp it but the CPU is on 70-80% while playing a match and the Grapich Card at 1-2% thats my problem

I am running smoothly the game in my laptop at 1080p and high. My laptop has these specs: ryzen 5 5600H, rtx 3060 and 16gb of ram.

It's quite possible the CPU is bottlenecking your gpu. CPU is an old haswell, it's almost 10 years old, it's a quad core aswell with 8 cores. Last Gen Consoles had these specs. It's not normal to have only 1-2 percent utilization of the GPU unless you're bottlenecked by some other piece of hardware. Do You get stutters and hitches aswell?

Yeah as it should be, you have a nice 6 core cpu with twelve threads, so with a room to spare there and the gpu is almost perfect for full hd gaming.

5600xt ryzern 5 5600g 16gb ram at 3200, mw2 runing at 150fps + all the time, can play every game at max settings without problems, but iguess loading a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ football stadium with 2 pixel fans is to hard for my pc, ♥♥♥♥ ea

it doesnt make sense if there's sudden frame drop. especially when rendering the crowds and semi transparent overlay

Well, you shouldn't have any issues running the game, as you have more than recommended pc specs, try lowering the res or rendering quality, or preferably turn on the resolution optimization or whatever it is called that changes your resolution depending on the load.

Yeah, noticed that too, when in replays or in cutscenes where the goalkeepers net is shown, the framerate dips even to 40, even for me.

Try reverting to previous whql game ready drivers, Iam using 516.94 version for my rtx 3080 ti.
