Cant launch game

Sorry if this is somewhere else, couldn't find it. I get this http://i.imgur.com/g5dntUA.png error when I try to start the game. Bought probably 2 or 3 years ago, have never been able to play it due to a crap PC at the time, but now that I have a good one I can't get it going! Any help is appreciated!

You have to install nvdia physx software. Download it from nvidia website.

Hmm, I'll try that and report back, coulda sworn I already downloaded PhysX for other purposes.
