I have the same problem, when I close all Oculus programs, I can enter normally

I'm running in VR an the game immediately crashes on startup! Not amused!

Yes, so I closed the Oculus VR program from the Task Manager ,No VR Mode But can Run (My Oculus is Oculus Rift S )

this game does not run in VR, probably never will
