Appreciating the developers
With rising costs of living due to inflation and the limited funding Project Helius has its clear that the problems with Fallen Doll is not enough support and/or cash flow despite their best efforts.

Now you might be thinking, "I've already put in enough money". However, it evidently requires even more money but it wouldn't be fair to have YOU burdened with all the costs so here is an idea.

Let's show our support and appreciation by posting reviews on the steam page to push the message to new potential customers so that we can spread the word of this GLORIOUS project and have new cash inflows.

Go forth and spread the word of Tips-chan!

For those that don't get it. If you have certain feelings/opinions on the game, write a review on the game with your own words detailing why people should or SHOULDN'T support the game. The steam store page doesn't display any review yet presumably because there aren't enough but if more people decide to make their voices be heard then we might have a change in situation on our hands.

This game not yet release it will not have any review in steam store page,
and there is no game here, no review to write.

How about you show us some support first by convincing the dev of what all the supporters who paid for this development of what they want because you seems to don't know that it's because of the devs poor decision that make the game more broken with useless system that nobody asked for.

Understand that by getting angry and ranting about it here does nothing to help you. Only players that are in the beta can see this discussion. You can go to other channels to communicate with the developers if you feel that does something but ultimately you are shooting yourselves in the foot if you do not write a review. You want your voice to be heard? Steam has a review system, post your grievances there for the world to see.

No game, no review? Then continue waiting forever, that's what the developers want.

On the vague chance that you aren't trolling I will highlight that steam doesn't have a review system for unreleased titles. You can technically leave a review for this branch of the game but only those who already own it can see it.

The reviews will vanish if the game ever launches in early access and the suckers being convinced to buy the game via Patreon won't see those reviews until it's too late. That's if they even look at the reviews for the closed beta afterward, which they probably won't.

Such reviews have no effect on ratings, application visibility etc. and are functionally equivalent to a post in here (arguably less effective since nobody will read it, at least discussions in here will often lead users to unsub on Patreon).

You're most likely right in that new people can't see the reviews we post now but I would have to disagree with the reviews getting deleted upon early access/release. I don't deal with production side of steam games but their documentation does have tags for both early access and pre release games. I don't know if this applies to us but it's worth as much of a shot as discussing anywhere else. If this game does release and reviews stay, then good. If the reviews don't stay, then post another.

Either way I've already paid/lost in this battle against the developers, it doesn't matter all much either way to me. Either funding stops and game doesn't get released which frustrates the developers or, the game releases and we get a game (of some varying quality).

You're definitely right in saying that discourse in discussion helps with people unsubbing, I had not thought about that since, I too, was too angry due to being burned by the project and a previous post by someone else (hence the title being a re arrangement of someone else's in satirical fashion). The way I see it is simply having just one vector of pressure on the project isn't going do anything, they are very good on squelching criticism.

They do not have "limited funding"

This Project has at the moment still over 16.000 patreons. So if we assume that people only get the lowest tier (which is not accurate) they make 72.000 USD per month.

If we assume that 80% have Tier 1, 10% have tier 2 and 10% have tier 3. that goes up to 93.000USD

And that does not include any possible higher tier Patreons and they have at least a few of those high tier supporters that give them more than tier 1-3 As far as I know they have 9 tiers!

So we can savely assume that they make more than 100.000 USD per month probaply closer to 130.000 because of the not considered higher Tier patreons.

This is more than enough funding to develop a game this size. Its actualy totaly overfunded

There's always the demo discussions which are easily visible to every steam user. For the more steam savvy, ALL steam discussions and reviews are visible on the wider internet. You can change your steam settings to reveal the URL of the current page. paste this into your browser while it is not logged into steam. Steam is even archived by the wayback machine, if you want to see discussions before the purges and bans.

Well said mate, its simply, this is a money related business and they got enough funding totally, as the payee they should deliver what the payers want, which this was already a nonesense now because the new mode was totally a self comfort for the devolepers themsleves, not even saying none of the results even working, late release, faulty lunches, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bugs, critical error which caused un-playable. If they got time to sent this kid came here and talking BS, they should do there job and fix this freaking game.
