So what happened to Unreal engine 5
I have supervised 6 UE4 >UE5 projects in the last 12 months, relatively painless, just get some intern to run the Nanite upgrade process on our build farm, wait an hour and done.
So I started doing a decompliation to rebuild my VR shaders in preparation for a new VR mod. You've added Denuvo, how quaint, it made my job very slightly more difficult, but futile, when the scammer gets scammed by Denuvo, how funny. Anyway I started looking at the bytecode, and this is quite clearly still UE4 engine build.
So can you explain to the professor what happened to the UE5 Build you spent so much time working on this year? After all, can be done by a green intern with a script from Epic in an afternoon. I'm not even sure why UE5 would be required since the environments are too small and sparse to require the kind of level-of-detail leverage Nanite is designed to support.
I can't imagine a glorified animation player contains any novel or exceptional code that the Nanite scripts cannot deal with.

just an excuse. There are few things new technologically, unless they build the old version based on some EU4 prototype and core programmer is gone.
