how do i change the language

title. I want to change it to japanese but there is no language option in the game. I also see no way to contact support or talk with anyone really. Not being able to change the language is a dealbreaker, i will be requesting a refund if I cant change the language. Store page says available in Japanese, as well as other languages. Tried changing steam itself to japanese but the game continues to launch in english. Im native English but I choose to play things in another language for learning purposes

Right click the game and select "Properties..."
Then change the language in the General tab.[imgur.com]
