Please fix the font

Yeah, the font isn't great. A lot of companies seem to completely miss the mark with their re-re-releases and changing of fonts, unfortunately.

"This font is horrible".
To be fair the OG font would have been bad on a big screen, but this lifeless font is even worse...

Obviously it doesn't make the game unplayable, but I've seen PowerPoint presentations with more soul than this.

Nope, some things are actually just bad. No one would look at this and think it was actually good.

It looks like a placeholder font you would use in alpha.

This comment is the perfect concise answer that probably lot of us/EO fans have for this HD remake.

PS : Won't buy it despite not having played this EO among the series.
PS PS : Just me or the spell effects in the trailer seems to break immersion (the ice storm in particular) ? Gave similar vibes like the low-quality RPG games costing 2-3$ out there by amateurs.

Explanation : just look at the words written "profile" and you will understand in 5s.

There's an alignment issue on top of the font there too; in 3's original you can see the placement of the battle menu is angled along with the UI, whereas in the remaster all the battle text is vertically aligned, ignoring the angle of the UI element.
It's such simple stuff but it makes it look so much worse.
