achievement help (endgame) (wishes)

i need these last two achievements but im looking online and not finding anything HELP pls

Endgame achievement: in the story mode, visits the old man that are playing chinese chess every day(somehow you will end up the old man will not be there anymore,then you will unlock this achievement)

Wishes achievement: i think any mode is available(not really, but play in story mode just in case) visits the recycle station (on top of the hardware store next to the river)then interact with the old lady daily.
