Can't find Saori

I've been playing on NG+ to get all the achievements, and can't find Saori after completing her 7th level to the social link, is the suspension mentioned a in game timer that I must wait to continue or is she just not available on that day??? The date is 10/8 and it would be useful to know.

you have to wait about a week
