You need to use Reloaded II launcher. There is a tutorial on the P3P mod page on Gamebanana.

I am just gonna leave this here for people that may have a similiar problem
I've installed this mod. The only problem that I have is that everytime I launch the game through reloaded II launcher the game runs on integrated GPU. Only solution I found so far was to go to "Edit Application" click on "Advanced Tools & Options" and click on Deploy ASI Loader and enable Auto inject.
This way you can just launch the game through steam without launching reloaded launcher and the game (atleast for me) runs on the dedicated GPU once again.

You could disable your integrated GPU in Bios, it should work. For me the Mod works without this Problems

Should have probably specified it but I have a laptop and the monitor is connected to the integrated GPU and as far as I am aware there wasn't any option for this but I'll try looking again.

Thanks! Going to try it out. Just started the game and the audio (and backgrounds) quality is abysmal
