Anyone who complains about marin karin is instantly outing themselves as not playing the game properly. Mitsuru will only use it when she is set to act freely, and only when the enemy is actually vulnerable to charm. If you want her to hit a weakness she should be in the tactic that tells her to knock down the enemies or focus on attacking, not act freely.
