Is this game platforming heavy?

Title. I think the combat looks fun but I don't like platformers. Should I still buy this?

I think there is 1 section that required a bit of attention, but it isn't anything like Hollow Knight's path of pain.

The platforming in this game is not tedious. If anything, there is a lot more experimentation on trying to shortcut things if you know the game well enough. I am probably below average in these types of games and still managed to complete it without worrying on the platforming part.

I would say combat/platforming wise it is 70/30, but it is better than Hollow Knight in my opinion.

No hardcore platforming (like Celeste or Path of Pain), but there IS one area during the story that tests your platforming skills for a little bit. It has various checkpoints though, so it's very forgiving.

This game is not heavy on the platforming. Most platforming sections allow you to unlock shortcuts so that you never have to do them again - and none of the platforming is actually difficult so I would say go for it! The only section you'll probably struggle with is the section that happens before the 5th Sol fight, which is a little frustrating if you don't like platforming; however the checkpoints are VERY forgiving.
