Swift runner doesn't seem to do anything?

it says to hold down r2 to greatly increase moving speed on the ground. is that just a lie? it doesn't seem to do anything at all

Run in a direction without the dash button held down. Then Run in a direction with it being held down.

You'd notice that after the dash, your running speed is faster than before. You could't actually run before getting this.

well, the "greatly" part is a bit of a false advertisment, but it does indeed enhance your running speed a bit.

It's like 5% move speed increase. I felt like I wasted a point. There's a platforming area I tested with and without the speed boost. It was to see if the speed made a difference in the length of a jump. It did, but the difference was so small, it was about the length of the top of one of those poles you jump on (that's what I test it with).
