It's also funny how you make like 3 threads to complain about different bosses with the same attitude, perhaps these games are really not meant for you :D
The snakes are pretty weird for sure. The long line of snakes doesn't cover the whole stage so if you want to play really safe you can just run to the edge and you won't have to worry about it. The alternate columns of snakes you'll just have to try and play within the safe spots. There is a window in which you can dodge through the snakes too, but you might need to take a few attempts to learn it.
Keep trying, you'll get it.
There are patterns to what attacks come your way. It's how you eventually react that will determine if you can punish their attacks once you counter them.
If you still have trouble, just look up a video of someone doing the fight and you'll feel like a p*ss baby hopping around in a wet sock. I think it's better if you change the difficulty and figure it out vs looking up the encounter to be presented with how you counter all of the bosses attack.
But as others commented above - they are not random. You can time them.
Normal hits can be parried in sequence.
When the boss does the red overhead jump - jump, parry two daggers and immediately dash to the side. You should avoid damage.
I am sorry I genuinely wanted to troll a troll here, if you follow the threads you'll see that this guy likes to start these threads about all bosses and I wanted to drop in a casual "git gud" joke, perhaps I did not consider others will read it too.
These games require high levels of patience and persistence and I respect everyone who has the will to come back to the game the next day and perform better. Regarding the boss, I really don't have much of an opinion because of all bosses in the game I managed to beat these the quickest (honestly), maybe it's because the attack patterns very quite similar to bosses in Hollow Knight and my brain found it easy to adapt to them, while other focus on new mechanics like parrying.
Always keep in mind that their attacks are coordinated and not random, so there's always an opening.
