Door in the Galactic Dock

When you enter the location and walk a bit to the left you will see a locked door and a giant monitor with an eye symbol in the center right beside it. Tried everything i could and even looked up on the internet but nobody even talks about it. Am I missing something or it simply cannot be opened?

It opens from the other side.
Its a part of Shuanshuan/Shennong questline, when you get back to the village to repel the attack.
