How to enter Tiandao research center?

I'm at the bottom left of Yinglong Canal, but the door to Tiandao research center is blocked.

You are supposed to get to it from Central Transport Hub, way there is to the right of the elevator shaft where the moving containers are, interact with the terminal there and you get there.

Another way of getting there is from elevator in Lake Yaochi, but you'll need Elevator Access Token to use it to get there.
