So I saw this discussed before, but I feel like I've done all the things and can't get Ah-nong to leave the Pavillion. I finished the Lear quest (popped the achievement), gave all the poison (popped the achievement), killed the yellow snake or whatever, got the antidote from Ah-nong and cured the kid. What gives?

I think you need to give Shuanshuan the wooden pendant, GM seed and both gm fertilizers (as their events involve Ah-nong).

yes you must complete the Shuanshuan quests to get true ending.
