Parry her two illusions when they come in to swipe at you (it's easier if you jump in the air, since you don't have to worry about which way you're facing), then use your dash to evade her ball when she throws it into the ground. If you time it right, you can turn back towards her and hit her with a full air combo + talisman + a few more hits before you fall to the ground.
I had a lot of trouble with that attack too 'cause I thought I had to block it with an unbounded counter or something, but the two illusions seem to be designed to stop you from doing that. The parry-parry-dodge method worked really consistently for me and let me get in a ton of damage every time she did it.
